These terms govern your use of BillSmooth (the "App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these terms.
BillSmooth is a personal budgeting tool. It helps you plan for upcoming bills by organising your money into virtual accounts on your device. It does not move real money, connect to your bank, or transmit data to any server.
BillSmooth is a tracking tool. It is not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.
You own and control all data you enter into the App. The App stores this data locally on your device. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.
We are not responsible for any loss of data due to device failure, uninstallation, operating system issues, or failed backups. We strongly recommend you keep your device's backup service enabled and export a JSON backup periodically from the Settings screen.
You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App except as permitted by the App Store or Google Play terms.
The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of the App, including without limitation any loss of data or financial loss.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
